What is Athanor?
Athanor is an alumni organization for (usually Dutch-speaking) alumni of the faculty of sciences and bioengineering sciences.
You can read all about us on our
homepage.
Where can I pay?
Please pay by regular bank transfer to
BE87363185188194 before the deadline.
Your order is only confirmed when it has been paid.
We expect your payment no more than 1 working day after the deadline to account for banking delays.
Can I try the sweatshirts and t-shirts beforehand?
Unfortunately not.
However, from the point of view of a clothesmaker, sweatshirts and t-shirts are basically rectangular pieces of fabric with arms sewn onto them.
Follow our sizing guide to get a reasonable approximation of a sweatshirt or t-shirt that will fit you well.
Can I change my order?
Yes, as long as the deadline has not expired.
Please send us an email and we'll sort it out.
Can I place an order when the deadline has expired?
Unfortunately not, since the sweatshirts and t-shirts are made to order.
Can I return an order?
Unfortunately not, since the sweatshirts and t-shirts are made to order,
and we are not a clothing store that can easily resell those items.
When do I receive my order via bpost?
As soon as we receive the order from our supplier we will work as hard as possible to package & send the orders.
Please take into account that this is a manual process, so it may take us a couple of days depending on volume.
As soon as we send the package we will send you an email confirmation with a bpost tracking code,
after which the package should arive within 24 hours after bpost picks it up from the VUB campus.
Is there a female size XS sweatshirt or t-shirt?
Unfortunately not. This is a consequence of printing sweatshirts and t-shirts in relatively small volumes.
The size of the print is calculated using smallest printing surface (i.e. the smallest sweatshirt or t-shirt).
Thus, 1 XS item impacts the size of the print for all other items.
Since our fixed costs for printing are already quite high with 8 different designs and 2 printing colours,
it is financially infeasible to print in 2 sizes
(this would double our fixed costs, and increase the price of the sweatshirts and t-shirts).
